First if the speedmeter is off by about 7 or so mph. Is there any way to calibrate it? I asked the dealership and they didnt know anything.

Second the cel came on yesterday so i took it back to the dealer and it was for the cats. My truck has no cats so is there any way to keep the cel off(beside putting on cats)?

Normally it's larger tires / gear changes that causes the speedo to be off.

The dealers Star Scan can only go to around 33's. I think ... I know my 35's were to tall for their system. They should know the steps to set the tire size.

To adjust for larger than the dealers system can handle get the electronic programmer of your choice. Most do tire size of some kind.

Get some non-foulers to trick the computer into keeping the CEL light off.
