Ive noticed my first startup of the day sounds kinda weak and underpowered but every startup throughout the day kicks right up. Almost like my truck is tired and doesnt wanna wakeup lol. Sittin around 68k is this normal?

Might be either the battery or the starter going out. You can take your truck to an auto parts store (Autozone, Advanced Auto Parts, PeP Boys) and they can test the battery while it is in the truck. The starter though will need to be removed to be tested. A weak battery will cause this problem more than a starter issue. And as the truck is driven the battery will gain a charge and start your truck better. Most likely though the battery will need changing, they do not last forever.
