Trans and Diff Capacities

I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500, 2 WD with 6.7 liter Cummins and 6 speed MANUAL transmission. I have owned it since 2009 and it still has only 45,000 miles. I have changed the engine oil regularly also fuel and oil filters.

Time to change transmission and differential fluids. I have looked through the owners manual and cannot find the fill capacity for the trans and diff?

RE: 6 speed manual trans - What is the capacity and can it really use ATF??
Any recommendations on best oil and type to use?
