I dont get the noise at any lower fan speeds, only the top speed. When replacing my speakers in the dash I did drop a screw down on the passenger side. This issue happened sometime after then, I cant really what caused it but its only when its on full blast.

Sounds like something is ratteling, it doesn't change with temp or the different options. Its only the fan setting.

I had a leaf get in my fan once and it made a rattling sound that was noticeable. I would think a screw in there would be really loud.

Yes the fan is under the pass. dash. Its only 3 or 4 screws and the fan drops straight down I think.

So I dropped my ac fan, which is only held on by 3 screws. I found a screw sitting on the inside, exactly what I thought was making the noise. 6 months later and its gone! :)
