I was Going to say it Looks like PTO Switch for A AUX Hydro pump like used on rollbacks, dump trucks etc For Aux pump but it says cummins on it And it not A jake Brake it A Exhaust brake two different things as far as how the two works as a brake both same purpose though

That's a very expensive exhaust brake. Good add on, but as stated above that means there has probably been a sizeable trailer behind it for most of its life.

How many miles is on your truck Bravo? It may not have been pulled to hard if it's low miles. It may have just been added in anticipation of a heavy trailer being pulled later on.
