Spent last night adding fender flares. I'm very happy with the result. New wheels/tires will be coming at some point. Tomorrow - nerf bars installation (all black).

6 bolts under the bed which on mine had some very strong thread locker. 3 or 4 screws that holds the fuel filler on. Taillights must come out and then unhook the wiring harness from the bed. Then lift it off.

There's also a ground wire attached to the cab to remember and unhook anything else that may be attached to it like rock lights or tailgate bars

Awesome, now I know for future.

That ground wire from bed to cab I need to replace, mine is cut in half. Curious if I have to go ribbon style or can I go a certain guage circle style.

I forgot about the ground wire on the passenger's side. I've had my bed off enough, you'd think I would have remembered that.......

You can replace it with wire, the straps are just more durable over the long run.

Maybe with some modification, they are different shapes.

But you can fit a new RAM Rebel grille on with a little modification. HeavyD here did it, it actually came out looking pretty good. I guess anything is possible with the right skills

All four corners are different shape, your best bet is to probably hit the junkyards and looked for a wrecked 06 - 08 and grab one, or maybe craigslist. I'm not really sure how much work it would actually be to make it fit, maybe someone else could have some better input on it.

I stripped the chrome on mine and plasti dipped it white. Gave it a matte finish and doesn't match the mirrors or truck. Local area seems to be little wrecked or for sale ram parts sadly. Might just buy a matte grille and get it professionally painted.
