I went with the 6000's too......I still get jack offs high beaming me.........ya just cant win....

I have levelled mine together, but they are pointing very low and will have to raise them a little, so at this time I can't say I have been "High Beamed" much. Maybe when I raise them to a more standard height I'll start getting digned, but I'll see at that point.

Bought goodyear duratracs. Found a set of factory take offs in 265 for 800. Really wanted 285, but can't argue with the price.

Used some trim restorer on my wiper arm area plastic, mirrors and door handles. Look brand new. Not bad for $7 at Wal-Mart.

Looks pretty straight forward for a diy project by a good fabricator.
Someone you know make them?

Went for a ride with my wife in my '03 Ram 1500 today. That and I put $40 of gas in. Only brought the gas gauge up a little over a quarter of a tank, lol.

I am a member of the Hemi Truck Club forum, and a member named Keith, who goes by charged392 is the fabricator of my Long Bars. He races his truck and you can see videos of his truck running Long Bars. Very well engineered and built.

Seafoamed my Ram today. Used half can in brake booster vacuum and half can in the gas tank. Was gonna put it in the crankcase but changed oil and filter last weekend.

No apology necessary. I only wish I could fill my Ram for $75. If that were the case I'd be driving it around everyday. So you know it's sad when it cost your $140 to fill your truck.

I may have to get in touch with him and see if he can give me some pointers on building a set for my 98 ram since I doubt the ones he makes for the 3rd gens would fit my truck.

As a fellow Ontarian I feel your pain. Gas has finally started dropping where I am. Hell Toronto has been cheaper than my area lately and that never happens!! Lol

Gas prices were the only reason I had to sell my 3rd gen. Just couldn't afford the $110-140 fuel bill every week. The little Mazda 3 I bought costs me less than half to fill up and gets me over 100km more per tank than the truck got!!
