Lookin for my next mods. Maybe a couple hundred or less to spend. Here's what I got so far.

Interior:
Aftermarket Alpine touchscreen

Exterior:
IPCW Projectors w/Halos
Spyder LED tail lights
Color matched grill/bumper
Soft tonneau cover
3rd brake light cover, eventually will be swapped with LED

Performance:
K&n CAI
FM 40 series
Superchips Flashpaq

I know there's plenty I could do just dont what yet

I think your budget is why it is hard for people to give you suggestions. Not a ton of things you can do for a few hundred. It also depends on what you want, performance or looks? I'm about to do the Summit 20% underdrive crank pulley on my truck. It is $215. If you are going for looks, I would try to find someone to color match your rear bumper to complete the look of your truck. One more suggestion would be to get a nice set of HID's for your new headlights. That is about all I can think of for your budget right now. Good luck on whatever you decide and nice truck!

It really depends what you're going for with the truck.
You could save up and level the truck with some Billy 5100s.
Maybe get the windows tinted (?)
Interior / underbody LEDs (if that's your thing, I know it's polarizing around forums)
CalVu or similar sport style mirrors (Or towing mirrors, if you swing that way)

Unfortunately a few hundred (as mentioned by HemiSLT) just doesn't do much these days.
