What next?

I need some help of what to do next:
I bought a Dodge Ram 2003 2500 with a 5.7l a while ago.
Now it has 190000, in the last 10000 i did following:
New sparks
New break pads
New belt
New power steering pump
New starter
New battery
Oil filter and oil changes
New Front right ball beering.

My goal is to keep that truck and bring it over 500000 in the end. I know its a long road but i love that truck.
What should i do next? What has to be changed soon?

Maybe the wheel bearings if they're bad, and transmission filters and fluid.

If 4wd, change transfer case fluid and front/rear diffs

Probably wouldn't hurt to do a full transmission flush and change out differential fluid. I just did that on my 03 with 150k on it. The fluid was alittle burnt and dirty so it was about time
