Mine have been working since I bought the truck in September.
We had our first snow of the year here, and it got down to about 15 degrees outside. I filled the fluid a few weeks ago, and checked it out so I know it is full.
Now nothing is coming out.

I haven't owned a Ram before, so my question is, are these things prone to freezing? I don't think this is the case, because even after driving to work (45 minutes) I would have figured it got warm enough to thaw, but no dice.

Any ideas?

If its 15 outside then it is probably frozen. I had the same trouble last year with a 2000 GMC Sonoma i had. It didnt thaw out till it warmed back up and i even had washer fluid that was good to -20.

Yep, sounds like the washer fluid is frozen or maybe the nozzles are plugged with frozen fluid. Might try pouring some warm water on the nozzles and see if that helps, if not, the fluid lines are frozen.

sounds either the pump isnt working or its a switch or fuse problem. Even after 45 minutes the heat from the engine should have worked in warming things up.

Not really i had the same problem last winter with a 2000 GMC Sonoma until it warmed up. I thought what i had the problems you said but it worked fine later.

You should be able to hear the Pump working. I had to plumb in a universal about 3 years ago/Hellish Cold here today -30 and my WWFluid still worked as I use the -35 cheap stuff. Overnight -50 with wind chill expected (-40 F=-40 C) Oh Canada!.
