Windshield wipers

So, my 2004 RAM3500 wipers worked fine yesterday. Today they don't even wiggle! The turn indicators function, Bright lites work, the washer pump works. The fuse is good, as well as the relay. I'm thinking the motor died. What's the general concensus? Thanks Guys!

I left that part out. Fuse is good, as well as the relay....( I edited the original)

Check the voltage to the wiper motor... Only way to know without just randomly changing parts. If you don't have a meter or know how to use one, now's the time!

Yep! A rat crawled up under the cowel and ate the windshield wiper wires...
