I have the camber issue with my 2/4 mcg's kit. It's the drop coils and rear flip. I have already welded the perches, don't worry! lol Anyway I have the camber problem right now. Would buying the drop spindles help fix this?

I think the spindles do help with that, but hopefully someone will chime in shortly.

Absolutely the spindles will help keep the OEM geometry. Using just drop springs to lower the suspension changes things alot and you have to olongate the upper control arm alignment holes. I use a combination of spindles and trimmed springs to get mine where I wanted it. A certain amount of camber often helps with tucking wide tires under the fender lip. Talk to an alignment shop that does crash repair. These guys are the ones who understand drivability over the just reading a alignment data from a chart. Adjustors also help the technician to dial in the adjustment. You need to knock the bump cups off and then add new bumps to controll exccessive travel. Good luck...
