Im trying to find leaf spring bushings for my 07 and want to get polyurethane. Can't seem to find a "kit " for my year. Anyone know if other years are the same? Or what the physical dimensions are that I could order universal thru energy suspension?

I was going to say energy suspension. Ive been looking at replacing mine with poly and i believe you can get just the bushing set for a 02-08. I dont think anybody besides energy makes them unless you go with the oe stuff

I replaced the rear spring (front) OEM bushings with Caltracs aluminum bushings and I going to tell you they aren't easy to push out. I can't imagine them actually wearing out.

Mine is worn or torn cause the leaf is shifting from side to side and rattling against the front leaf hanger. Annoying as all hell ! Chased the rattle down for a week!

I downloaded the energy suspension catalog and nothing after 05. I would call them and ask. Doesn't seem right they don't have them.
Good luck

No problem! Glad i could somewhat help lol. The fastest and easiest way to remove the old bushings is actually with a ball joint press. Makes it effortless

What do you do with your truck to cause that kind of wear? Do you have any pictures? I used a 50T press and they still didn;t want to come out I finally just burned them out.

So I finally got to getting these done tonight. Truck rides SOO much better! Not rigid or harsh , just sold and smooth on not so smooth roads. Like the whole rear of the truck works smooth now. It has a fluid movement to it over bumps. I think the bad bushing were causing chatter on washboard type roads...even with the new shocks I did last month. Only 1 of the 4 bushings was good and came out in 1 piece. The other 3 were deteriorated away from the steel sleeve and floating side to side rubbing on the spring perches. Causing VERY annoying rattles and clunks! Took a few pics of how the bushings came out and of the wear that was starting on the front perches. Just something you guys may wanna look into if you're chasing down noises and crappy ride. Also, if anyone was wondering, the kits listed up to 05, will work up to 08. I figured...but now we know for sure. Start to finish was 2hrs 15 min. :D

quick follow up on this after about 100 miles. ITS AWESOME! Best $60 i spent on the truck! Ride quality is SOOO different, solid and stable. Use to chatter real bad is corners with any type of bumps or big offset cracks. So bad that it would just about change lanes in the rear and take the wheel out of your hands. I figured it was just a truck thing. Shes planted now! Im gonna do the rest of the truck soon and a rear swaybar to make it a real turn burner! (or not , LOL!)

can you post a link to the exact bushings you bought? I've been looking for some to fix my driveline vibe. or at least lessen it some.
