I installed a flip kit.
It looks like a djm flip kit.
After i installed it and put the tires on i saw that the left side was in the middle,
But then i saw the right side and the differential looks like its not centered but pushed to the back. I know both sides are supposed to be centered.
Im just asking what did i do wrong that made the differential move only from the right side?

make sure the new axle blocks are in the right direction. I know on the McG's kit the holes for the leaf spring pins are offset and can cause this issue if installed backwards.

Sounds like as stated you have installed one side backwards. The axle should have been moved rearward about 1 inch or so. If you look very carefully the axle on dropped trucks all are moved rearward. It keeps the stock driveshaft yoke from bottoming out in the transmission.
