Just did my 2/4 drop with spindles. Now I have more front travel than I have tire to fender clearance. So has anyone ever ran slightly longer front stops to keep from whacking the fender hard on big bumps?

Ive had the same problem with mine for a while now. My tires rubbed so bad that theres holes as wide as the tire in the liners. The stock length of the bump stop is 2 inches. Belltech makes a set of 3 inch pokyurethane bumpstops that you can get for around $40 i believe. Ive been meaning to get a set but i havent bothered yet since my winter 17's dont rub at all while my 20's rub on the slightest dip in the road

Check ebay for energy suspension bump stops too, I actually have a cracked well liner from hitting bumps hard with my 55 tires, now I got new wheels and tires went 45 series and no rub, but I also try to avoid or hit bumps not so hard.

on tapatalk from my GS3....

Im running a 305/50-20 on a 3 inch drop and when it hits, it hits hard. Both of my fender liners are junk. Ive seen the belltechs on autoanything.com. energy suspension does make a bumpstop as well but the tallest ive seen is 2 inches which is stock height. I live in massachusetts so its pothole central of new england, some of them are bigger than manhole covers

Next step to help with the bottoming out is to throw a set of the Belltech Street Performance shocks on there. The stock shocks are just a tad soft, so that is another reason why you are hitting on those hard bumps. I had to replace my inner fender liners twice on my 03 because I was also hitting with 305/40/22 tires.

got ya! can you reccommend a rear shock for the flip kit set up? id like to do away with the shock extenders and just get a new set of drop shocks. and do you carry said shocks?

The Belltech Street performance shocks are the best!
