I have a 4 inch drop on the backend of my ram. Everything went fine until I pulled a trailer. Now its making a rubbing noise that is high pitched and sounds like metal on metal. It only does it in drive and when there is ANY weight in the bed. None of my mechanics can figure it out either. PLEASE HELP! Its drivin me crazy
