i have a 05 Quad Cab. i wanna do about a 4/6 or 6/8. i was just hopeing for a parts list from someone, and maybe even some brands. its gonna be bagged a SFBD in the near future so i wanna do a some what cheap but effective static drop for now. any an all help welcome. thanks.

im just haveing some trouble finding 2" drop spindle for a good price. anybody selling 2" drop spindle and/or springs.

thanks Trupiano. i was thinking about doing 3" lowering springs up front an not get spindles yet an just flip the rear with shocks all the way around. good or bad idea?

Honestly, if you are gonna put it on air in the near future, I would just forget the static drop and put the money that would be spent on it towards better air ride components/tubular chassis components or a sick wicked back half.

i will spend about 300 to drop my truck. maybe alittle more cause of s&h on parts lol. but idk if im gonna bagg an bd the dodge or get a project. so i figure i would gonna ahead an do this.

if you put 3' drop springs you are going to sacrifice ride quality. mine is dropped 3 in the front with springs and its a little sloppy. i would sheel out the extra and use either spindles or lower a arms

yeah i kinda figured that. lol
how is the camber with just the 3" springs?

it was horrible at first i wore out the inside of my tires so fast. some shims and an alignment fixed it though

I ordered my shocks, perches, an 3" lowering springs today. im thinking just flipin the rear for now an those springs an shocks an rolling to texmex like that.

If you want to bag it, then I would say focus on doing just that. If you want dirt cheap drop, then cut yor coils and build your own flip. Good luck.
