lowering kit help

I bought my first dodge a couple weeks ago. 2007 Ram 1500 Reg Cab 2wd. I want to do a 2/4 drop on it seeing how it sits so high off the ground. Should I do coils or spindles in the front? Which is better as far as maintenance and performance? Any recomendations on a certain kit or brand?

Do spindles. Geo angles dont change much. Can use stock shocks, and almost no camber issues. Im running a 4/6 drop and loving it. No more nose bleeds!!
