I recently bought a 2007 Ram 1500 4x4 Quad Cab Hemi. By the way, I have always owned small *** trucks, but, we had a baby, and I wanted something big. I am a good mechanic. Did a lot of work on this truck for 2 months to get it in shape. Lightning fast compared to my Rice Burners. Sure sucks on gas though. Ha! My struts in the front are not great. Also, I think my front end sits too low compared to the rear. I would like to replace the whole front assemblies. I read all the nightmare scenarios... If I were to install Ranchos that level it or raise it 1.5 inches, do I have to do anything else? Will this raise of 1.5 inches ruin my new tires? Will that throw the rest of the suspension off? The back shocks have been replaced and are ok. Would I need an alignment when done? Any suggestions?
