Well 4wds run 1" taller from stock, and 4wds can fit 35s on a level, so at least a 3" lift, but a 4" is more common. You could do a level with a body lift maybe. Depends on your budget and what you plan on doing, ie off-road or pavement princess.

Little bit of off road when I get the chance. Right now I have a 4 inch CST Spindle lift. there site recommends a 33 inch tire on a 8 inch wide wheel. But i suppose Im wondering if i can't get away with a 35 inch tire if the wheel have some offset.

How much room is around your current tire? Will another inch in all directions fit? Get the truck flexing and check if they'll fit then too. No good if you can't use them off-road.

You can add spacers in the front and blocks in the back to easily fit the 35's.

So I am hearing that with my 08 quad cab 4x4 leveled. I can put as big as a 35 on the factory 20's without the need of spacers?
