What is the best body lift for a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 2wd ? Also would the body lift give me issues when I'm hauling a boat ?

The hitch will be more visible. And you have to have a hitch attached to your frame, not to the bumper support from what I understand. Other than that there shouldn't be issues. There's really only one body lift I've seen, a 3", made by performance accessories.

The lift shouldn't affect your hitch as long as it is a frame hitch. Up to you on the lift, I never liked being able to see the frame underneath.
