Front End Lift on 3RD Gen Ram Truck

I would like to lift the front of my 03 Ram Truck 4.7 liter 2WD about 2" or maybe 2-1/2" taller to try and level it out with the back. By the back being so high and the front lower, i would like to get it a lil even. Could i get away with just adding some spacers, or i would have to change shocks also. Any suggestions

A 2" level kit (spacers) would work just fine. Rough Country Suspension makes on that fits your 2WD truck.

When leveling a truck you are basically raising the front and stock shocks will fail a bit sooner than normal but this will not cause an instant failure.

You could consider adjustable shocks such as the Bilsteins. I am not sure if their 5100 shocks fit your truck or not but that would be a good alternative if they do. A fixed spacer at 2" may or may not get you an exactly level truck. The adjustable shocks allow you to adjust the amount of height you need for that exactly right level.

You can crank the torsion keys up as far as they'll go or get the new leveling keys also.

I think i will go with the rough country 3" suspension lift kit which includes 4 shocks, heavy duty coil springs and rear shackles (which i probably will not use).

Thanks.....The lift, tires and wheels ran exactly $4k furnished and installed at 4 wheel parts.....it does have that wide aggressive stance.
