well, to an extent. i dont want to SAS, or do a custom four link or any of that jazz.

Backstory:
I had a rcsb 2wd a few years ago that i lifted.
Specs:
3" Body
3" coils
3" Spindles
2" Blocks
2" coil spacers (seem to remember everyone saying not to go 3" for some reason)
35x12.5x20
20x10

Well, i sold it and now ive obtained another rcsb, and i want to go bigger. it seems that Maxtrac is the bee's knees now, and rcx is the only full drop kit ive found.

so my options are pointing to:

7" maxtrac
2.5" coil spacers
3" body
2" shackles

or

6" rcx
2.5" spacers
3" body
1" shackles

whats my best option to get as big as possible? can anything be added to either of the kits for more lift? any advantages to going with a full drop kit?

plans are 22x14s on 355/40 or 35x12.5

tl;dr-whats my best setup for the most lift out of a 2wd?

Pic of former truck for reference. New truck is red, and is being de-chromed at the moment. will be similar in style (simple, clean) but red black instead of white chrome

I bet DerekP will chime in soon about the 7' MaxTrac lift. It seems to be a popular one, I'm going to get one soon enough once I'm done saving for wheels and tires as well.

Yeah man that 7 footer is the real deal, I definitely recommend it...haha no but seriously, the 7" kit is great. I bought mine with bilstein shocks and the works. Fits my 35" general grabbers easily. I thought about doing a 3" body lift on top of it but I don't like the way they look, plus I would see the spacer from the front because my front bumper wouldn't hide it.

The first 3 pics are current but the last one is when I first installed it with stock tires.

But just so you know pro comp makes a 6" coil so you could get that instead of the coil spacer and still have to same lift

Google lifted 2wd ram 1500. There's pictures somewhere of a lifted qc ram on 40" tires. Would be sexy to see a reg cab on 40s!

lol, id rather wake up to someone kicking me in the balls every day than daily 40s. lol

current planned specs are 22x14, .74et, 35x12.5 and however big i can make it from a bolt on kit. goal is around 50" fender height.

so far its looking like the MT kit+spacers+bl+rear shackles. i dont think that will be enough to get me to 50" but i should be around 48 or so.

Okay so I just measured mine and rear is 44.75" and front is 44.25" I'd say if you get the 6in front lift coil and your 3in BL you'll be at 50

And at 50" it'll look goofy with only 35's...

I agree at least some 37". I also believe you need wider if you wanna be that tall due to the wind factor.

I'm around 44" as well. I'm good with it. I wish I had that extra 3" that a body lift would give me but I refuse to put one on.

I was gonna type a real long post about why I feel this way, but who likes to read so I'll keep it short and sweet.

Please don't stretch your tires.
