I'm sure the qustion has been asked but 4 or 6 inch lift

4 or 6 inch lift with 35x12.5x17 opinions?

I have a 06 1500 leveled with 35x12.5x17 not going to 37s because I just bought my 35s and I need advice and a visual if possible to see the comparison between a 4 and 6. As in will 35s on 17s look good or look too small. Thanks all!Or if anybody can lead me to a thread on the same subject it would be much appreciated.

6" lift, 35's on 18" rims

35s will look good either way on a 4in or 6in.

I don't know how to attach the threads but there is one "show us your 4in lifted ...." and then a 6 in lifted one.

If you are ever wanting to go to 37s ill go with the 6in but if you are just wanting to stay at 35s, then you will need to deiced how much wheel well space do you like.
That is what deiced it for me

Thanks guys. Yeah I wasn't too sure how much gap there would be wouldn't mind it to much just trying to get a perfect height to tire ratio with the 35s on 17s

7.5 inch suspension lift and 35s with spacers

I like a bigger tire on a smaller rim.. if it was up tk me I'd have 18s but the rims came on the truck so I'm not complaining

Yea it'll look good with 35's on either size lift

What did you do to get a 7.5" lift? Is it 2 wheel drive?

i did a rough country 6 inch lift kit with a 1.5 inch coil spring spacer on top. i used 1996 ford f550 rear swaybar endlinks in order to make it work with the rack and pinion. also did a 4 inch block in the rear. and yes it is 2wd

Only problem with a 4" lift is you may want higher in the future. Lol.

Not to try and sway you, your truck is sexy as hell right now. It's what mine may look like soon, just a regular cab.

What rims do you have on there? The tires look nice and tucked, even though you have flares.

Thanks man. I'm changing them up a little bit. I'm still keeping the blue and white but insread of 3 all around like this where you can see them, I'm going to end up dojng 5 on top so they shine down only
