New to the forum somehwhat but I recently ordered the rough country 3" suspension lift, install was pretty easy then mounted some 35s on it and I guess I was expecting a little more but not enough cash for the 6" at the moment so was wondering if I could add a rc 2" coil spacer and add it in ?

I wouldn't stack lifts. Save up for the real deal. Looks good to me tho.

I mean sure anything can be done.. but it's not safe to stack lift spacers. They could break and your truck's front end would likely fall apart. And it'll most likely happen when you're doing 70 on the interstate, which would end badly for you.

You could get a 3" body lift instead.

Except for LS5 has been running it for some time I think he's running 7.5" lift from it

Seems sketchy to me

I don't believe he off-roads and RCX told him it wouldn't work. However it's the same principle as the isolator already there only larger.

Just wondering if the stock a arms Wil fit ?, what is ls5 running ?

No that will be way to much lift for stock suspension. Your bjs and tre would be at crazy angles.

So cheapest way for looks would be body lift? 3"?

Yes but you won't really get the clearance off the frame like if you got the spindles. But that's your call.
Sorry no one ever got back to you. And I off-road in my my lifted 2wd often so just have to be more weary or what you go into
