Lift coils?

I lifted my truck about 2 years ago. I debating on putting bigger coils. Would it make a big difference? If so how much bigger do I go? I have a 4.5 Maxtrac spindle lift. New tires and bilstien HD shocks coming soon as well

I came across some 6in coils by pro comp a few weeks ago was thinking about getting them personally if that's large enough for you

This is off topic but have a question about your truck, how's your mpg? I have a 4.5" lift with 35's and was going drop in 4.56 gears in rear but wasn't positive.

On a good day 10 mpg I think I was getting about 12-14 mpg when it was stock
