I have an 07 1500 4x4 and i have a leveling kit on there with 35's now. i am wanting to put on a 3 inch body lift and then crank the torsion bars about 2 inches and put 2 inch blocks in the rear? will this lift work and look good? well it be pretty high?? if you know anyone with this set up please post pics! THANKS!!

Body lifts and level lifts are 2 different things . One just lifts the body and the level just lifts the front . I would not recommend a level and T-bar crank as you will have more headache than its worth with stressing out OEM parts . Im not even sure you can level and crank at the same time as level lifts are keys .
IMO do it right , get a suspension lift .
