So I just finished up installing Bilstein 5100 adjustables up front about a month ago and my front end is 5/8" high. I want to install 1.5" rear lift shackles to get the slightest bit of rake back for towing. Will the stock shocks work with 1.5" lift or do I need different shocks? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They should work but theyll be rather extended. The ride will be better with new ones. I think rock auto has some for 1.5 or 2" of lift.

Will a 1.5" shackle lift require another alignment? I alignment everything after the front end as I wasn't expecting to have to do anything in the rear.

No you shouldn't need another alignment. Also you can use 2nd gen drop shackles as a lift shackle for your truck.
