oh **** ... 12.95 wide tire is not safe on a 9.5 rim .... you will pop of the rim ..tire is to wide . I did not see the size earlier .. you need at least a 10.5 wide rim .

Buddy of mine put a 13 wide tire on a 9.5 rim and went on a off ramp curve and the tire popped off the rim and he wrecked his truck . And to boot insurance would not pay for it .

according to Nitto's web-site, approved wheel width is 9.0 - 12.0.

I'm trying like hell to find some place that will do that. I live in po-dunk so it's not that easy. The place that got me a price in up in Chi-town and I just e-mailed him about his test fit policy. We shall see!

I'm having kind of the width delima as you're talking about, RH...I don't want a wide ass tire but it's hard finding a skinnier 35 for a 20" rim

You're not going to fit a 6" back space without a spacer.

Its all about backspacing and offset that determines how far they stick out. I have 12.50s on 20x8.5 and it only sticks out a inch or so. Not enough for flares imo

To OP, the bigger the Back Space number is the more the tire and rim will sit IN towards the truck, the smaller the number the more it will stick OUT. For example, a "deep dish" rim usually has a small number for Back space. Mine are 4" bs on a 10" rim. Hope this helps.

there will probably be more than a little rubbing with that much backspacing and 325 tires. you will probably need to use 1/4" spacers.
