Default Megacab lift question
Right now I'm running 2" spacers, but I'd like to go taller in the future. At what point would I be looking at a drop pitman arm and new link bars?

That full depends on your plan for the future. Once you get into full lift kits they will start including the parts you need to correct the geometry all around. It's not necessarily as simple as just adding one part here or there. There's a number that generally go hand in hand and need to work together.

3" is when you want to recenter that front axle. You'll want a trackbar at least. Since you said link bars, going to assume you have a 13 or older.. the control arms (or Link Bars) would be also something to think about after 3".

It's a 2006. I may be using the wrong term.
I'm at 2" in the front right now but I've been looking into individual parts, rather than a kit. Hellbent steel has some rather attractive products.

I'm looking to go upper another 4-5" front/rear which is why I am asking.

If you're looking to go up that high in the front you'll be far better off buying a complete lift kit. It will come with all the pieces you need to correct the geometry properly. At that height I would also recommend going to a long arm kit or you're going to have a very rough ride.

Trying to piece together your own kit is going to cost you twice as much money in the long run.
