I am looking at getting a few inches of lift.

Right now everything is stock except for the muffler. (New truck)

What would be the best route to take in lifting my truck from all stock parts?

Perferably the cheapest :leghump:

A body lift is the cheapest. But depends on what you want to do.

If you just want to fit a little bigger tire I suggest Level it out to start with.

^What he said... also look into gears before you go with 35s with your setup.

not trying to hijack but since i have an 08 as well I guess this questions is legitimate,

in reference to what KG and BigT said in combination, should i take that to mean that with just a leveling kit you can fit 35's?

i believe with the right backspacing on the rim you can fit 35's on with just a level but they may rub

Yes you can fit 35's but you will have barely any articulation.

They changed the 3rd gens in 06, all the ones prior to that you could put 35's on at the stock height. Don't know why they changed things

Well I'm definitley with Ken on that one, gears would be a must with a V6 if you are gonna go much bigger than stock size. Also, a leveling kit is a cheap way to add some lift, also a body lift. Either way have fun with it!

And we need PICS!!!!!!!!!!!
