Depends on the bumper, if it's the chrome one you'll need to just change the top pad. If it's a sport bumper then you'll have some fitment issues right under the headlight. 02-05s have the bumps as the 06-08 light is flat

Headlights, grille and fenders if you do the entire bumper swap. Hoods are the same.

i did the swap, you need fenders, headlights, bumper cover, grill and grill bracket. hoods are the same, bumpers are also the same. cost me roughly 400$ from rock auto unpainted. definitely looks a lot better.
