I bought one from streetnshow.com ,paid around $70 for it 2 years ago. You can attach it with sheet metal screws or nut and bolt. Your preference really. I had mine welded and filled but that'll run you a few hundred to get it done right

Here's my rol lpan on my 2003. The install was pretty easy, I used the bolts that came with the roll pan and I added self tapping screws into the side of the roll pan to keep it flush to the truck. I got my roll pan off eBay for $88 shipped to my door. I you have any other questions, let me know.

I bought mine from a local place that sells hoods, etc.
It's a bolt-in kind, but I had it welded and molded

IMO, it is pretty hard to beat a weld-in pan as you can add a piece to close the gap and cover the spare crank hole.
