I'm considering getting one of these brush guards -

But I'm about to put the PA 3" body lift on. I know you have to install brackets to lift up the front and rear bumpers, so will this affect installing a brush guard?
Where do these mount to? The frame?
And if so can something be fabbed up to bring it up 3 inches?
