I just installed Bilstein 4600s on my truck, and the install kit for the fronts had a little metal sleeve with it. The install instructions were complete crap, so I had no idea what it was or what it was for and just didn't use them. Now I've found that the sleeve fits inside the lower bushing. Does the sleeve have to be installed? I really don't feel like taking everything back off just to put that sleeve on.
