When I get around to putting bigger tires on my truck I think I may want to add fender flares at that time, I am not using them to cover any damage just want them for the look.. My truck is all black except for the chrome rims and nerf bars,
Should I Leave the flares flat black or paint them?
Should I leave the Screw/Rivets chrome or paint them black also?
Bushwacker the best out there?
Best place to buy?
How do they look on a stock rim tire combo (20in) if I wanted to add them before the new tires?

Thank you and any pic's would be great.

I would say you could leave them the way they are. The will look little funny though with stock wheels cause the offset of the stock wheels tuck the tires in and the flares are like 2-2.5". I have eBay flares that look like Bushwackers and are a fraction of the cost of Bushwackers.

Mine are the stampede brand and much cheaper and same quality as the bushwackers I had on my old truck.. I painted mine and glad I did cause they match much better.

I painted the flares and left the simulated nuts chrome. It worked out well and having them painted just looks better, IMHO.

Yeah I am leaning toward painting, I agree they would look odd with stock rims/tires, I ll probably wait intill I get the bigger tires.

What brand are you guys running?

My buddies. It doesn't look bad at all just looks a lil cleaner painted, not just like they're slapped on there.

They kinda match the rims, I don't think that looks bad at all.

Do you guy's think a 305-55-20 on stock rims would be big/wide enough to not make the Flares look odd on the truck? I have seen a few trucks with stock tire sizes running Flares lately around here and they look odd.
