So right now I'm running 305//70R//17s (34") on my 2500 and I wanna keep how beefy they are and how they stick out. But I'm not sure what wheels size to buy to keep them out as far as they are. I tried looking at the other link to see the sizes but I can't read it very well and was hoping someone could help me out a little. I would like to change to either a 16" wheel or 18" possibly. I just don't see a lot out there for 17" wheels for what I want. I'm looking into some of the XD brands and with bolt patterns and I'm not sure which sizes to pick to keep or stay similar to my 305mm I have now.

Are you running stock wheels now?
You won't be able to run 16's, they won't clear the brakes.

315/70r17 is a bit more common, but a tad bigger. Stay with 17s if you want the beefy look cause once you start increasing rim size, that look goes away.

What are the specs on your current wheels? If you are looking to keep the same or similar stance then go with a different wheel with the same width and offset as you have now. The width and offset will determine how the fit, so you need to start there if you are looking to keep a certain look, or go to one.

If you're trying to run 14" wides and 20" high, and maybe stay in between 31-34" tires, what tire size should you run?

Yea I wouldn't go with 18's like I did cause the tire selection for them sucks. 17" and 20" wheels def have the best selection for different tire sizes.
