Would make it interestingly thick, I have my current set up over the rail. Unless they shot a smig lower, there would be a thin black layer ?

Not when it's starting to fade after less than a year :baby:

But I do like the contrast of the black on a white truck, especially when the end result is going to be a lower leveled storm trooper white/black theme. *cough Nim cough*

I wish who ever did mine (previous owner) did not go over the rail. Looks a little odd with my canopy.

Good tip I got from a guy that used to spray them....when they start to fade, spray full strength WD 40 on his and wipe it over all the surfaces with a rag. The liner absorbs the oil, so it's not slick. I held my breath and tried it....WORKED AWESOME. Looked brand new and wasn't oily at all after a few days. Lasted for a long time, too.

Looks like I got a great deal on my black liner....$450

Believe it or not, it's actually Line-X sprayed extra thick. The Line-X installer, in my area, offered free stenciling, so I chose the "HEMI" logo; they layed a thick stencil on the bed floor, and filled the stencil with about 1/4" worth of Line-X. Thanks for the compliments guys!

I have thought about when my wife gets hers done I was courious if they could cut out the ram head in the drop in liner and spray over it to ghost it in.

The Line-X dealer, in my area, actually had the Ram logo available too...
