DIY LED brake lights?

Is it possible to retrofit me stock tails on the sport? I want red brake LED's, ""5600k Color Range" Reverse leds. As well for my third brake light. I will order Lamin-X tint after this is all finished. Is there any info for doing so?

In a finished product, I want them to all be led. And I would like to add two of these around each brake bulb.

Could I simply find an exact bulb for the stock tails that have leds?

Well, with a 06, you'd need to get a set of 07/8 tails for those CCFLs to "work". They won't fit right in the 06 lights, look kinda funny.

There is going to be a LOT involved to do this. #1 you need the 07/08 tail lights. #2 you will need to re-wire them. They are a totally different set up than the 06's. #3 find LEDs. I have the CCFLs now, and am also looking for LEDs.

JJ he'd need to re-wire the tails for them to work too.

JJ and/or Dan, can't you buy LED tails with halos that are plug and play for an '06? I was thinking I saw some online recently. And I don't recall them being that expensive, maybe around $200 for the set.

I haven't seen any either.

but.........now that minivans can get LED "halo" tails.....I'm out.

Saw this yesterday strollin' down the highway. 2011 Grand Caravan.
