Fog light lamp ideas?

So I have the sport edition ram, with factory fog lights. I hit a dear when I first got my truck and it broke the right fog light. I replaced it about 6 months later, I went to wash my truck a few months ago and noticed the lights glass cover is broken and cracked again.

Im wondering if anyone has installed aftermarket fog lights in the factory fog light hole. If I could just add a protector I would but im thinking if I measured the holes and found some lights online I could make it work.

Anyone got some insight?

Not sure whatcha mean, like, putting in different fog lights from a different car into your truck?

I have thought of Hella's but never spent any more time other then a split second thought on it.

put something like laminx on them - I forgot the name of the company that makes something like that, which is supposed to be resistant to rocks.

Im pretty much wanting to see if something like these fit in the factory fog lamp holes.

I know that there are some aftermarket halo fog lights and things that can fit into it. I would not settle for less but use it as a excuse for bigger and better.

Brand new Halo fog light kit for dodge ram

You can find stuff like this to install.
