Help with wheels for our 2008 Dodge?

With an 18x9 I'd say go for 0 offset. It will make the tires sick out just a bit, giving you more stance than you have now. Then you could go with a 33/12.50/18, or metric equivalent. I will say this about 18s. They're sort of an odd size for trucks, do tires tend to be more expensive when made for an 18" rim, vs a 17 or a 20.

Also if it helps you figuring, 25mm is equal to an inch. Just an example, if you go from a stock +19mm offset to say a 0mm offset, that will push the wheel out away from the truck about 7/8" of an inch

I want them pretty flush with the fender well don't want them sticking out and just a tire size that will look good wiTh out being too small and without a lift or level. And no wheel spacers.

Stick with stock wheels and get 285s. They'll sit pretty flush

It's not a great picture, but these are lt285/70/17s. They're pretty flush with the edge of the wheel well.
