You really don't wanna read this, but too late now. Unless you buy new covers. I was thinking about this after I did mine. What if instead of the straight line across,for the lids, as you angled down, you then went back up slightly. Still having the angle put also giving it a custom look as well. Just something I noticed along the way. Trouble with lids once you do 'em your, well there done. imo.

it was actually pretty easy as far mods i've done before. 10 mins each headlight in the oven at 260* then it's just regular paint work. and my exact line for the eyelids is 3rd from the bottom on the inside. then the other end is where the turn is on the top line. i used regular masking tape (tan) so it's a thin line. i can measure the angle if need be.

That's a nice cutoff. You won't have any problems with light output.
