The back seat of my 06 quad cab is wet. Leaking right in the center, could this be the 3rd brake light or the window? The back window is solid not a slider.

I woul check the third brake light first! Take it off and line the rim of it in some silicon!! That should help. If its the window, I don't know what you would do. Lol someone else will know a little more for ya!

Yup, 3rd brake lights are notorious for leaks. If it's the rear window, the best way is to have it resealed with butyl by an auto glass installer.

We are getting an assload of rain today and throughout the next week from this hurricane. I am trying to keep my truck form turning into a effing swamp before I can get it fixed.

take a hose to the area, find the leak and silicone it til you can get the time for a more permanent repair.

Update: got some stuff juggled and got.it in my garage. Yes it is the brake light leaking. The foam tape is totally saturated. Going to leave it parked till I get it fixed. Going to try and get a whole new housing. Thanks for the replies.

Glad ya found it bud! Much better than the window I'd say! Now you can upgrade to LEDs because you "need" a new brake light ;)

Use some still pliable clear silicon after it sets up.
