I did a lot off front end work, I scribed factory locations to get it all close to spec. Got new tires put on and it drove fine but I didn't wanna risk tire wear so I brought it to the dealer to be aligned and during the ride home it's pulling right, steering wheel isn't centered, I have to constantly correct the wheel to drive straight. If i take my hand off the wheel to change volume the truck changes lanes. Wtf..... please help !

My '06 pulled to the right pre alignment, and also needed to hold steering wheel to the left to keep it straight, and post alignment at a dealer it's the same way.

I never bothered to go back.

What type of alignment shop did you bring it to? If it was at one of those chain tire stores that does alignments when you buy tires then there's a good chance they simply did the set it and forget it type of thing. Most of those types of places will not check the front end to make sure something else isn't bad or worn out. Most good reputable shops will check before they align it. Also make sure there's proper air pressure in the tires as that will make a difference.

I have my hot rods aligned at a local shop that does cars and trucks. They are much better than the others at finding problems and getting the alignment dead on. Not cheap, costs $100 but it's done right. Look on-line for a local shop that does trucks and talk to them.

BTW, my local Belle Tire store does alignments and they must have at least one good tech. My last two trucks were aligned when I purchased new tires and they track straight and the steering wheel is correctly centered.

While all vehicles are aligned to pull slightly to the right from the factory, I was starting to think that my truck was designed to pull to the right a bit more than it should. I've had 5 front end alignments from different places, had 4 different suspension setups, 2 different sets of wheels and tires and my truck still pulls to the right and I have to keep my hand on the wheel just like you do. I guess I've just gotten used to it and accepted it.

It doesn't wear the tires unevenly, so I've quit worrying about it. I even replaced the caliper because the alignment came up perfect when rechecked, so I figured it may be dragging, but nope........ still pulls to the right.

I took mine back to the shop 3 times because it pulls to the right a slight bit, Suspension is in great shape, Tires are fine. It just seems some of them do.
