Hey everyone,
I recently sold my 3rd gen 1500 to a buddy who is in the process of replacing the roll pan I had on the truck with a step bumper. When I installed the roll pan I removed the factory tow package and bumper.
He recently purchased a new bumper with brackets, but is running into issues mounting the bumper to the truck. It was my understanding that the bumper mounts to the frame on trucks that do not have the tow package. Does anyone have pics on how/where the bumper mounts? Trying to figure out if he has the wrong brackets, will need to get a tow package, or what.
