Loosen a couple screws tilt to the side and insert into the hole and the tighten the screws. Super easy, took me about 5 minutes to do all 4. Found them at Etrailer.com for much less then Autoanything.com then had Autoanything beat the price. Love the low profile and the ability to pop them up to use when needed.
