I am getting a quote on new tires and asked to go up in size a little bit and the guy said that the tires size if programmed in on ram's so it would mess up the ABS which would be a problem. Is this true? Is it bad enough to where I shouldn't get larger tires?

Will not mess with the ABS. Speedo and odometer would be the affected areas. Get a Superchips tuner and correct it. Picked mine up locally for $150.

I've noticed my 35's cause my ABS to kick in when I'm turning while braking (at low speeds). It happens occasionally. Tires are not slipping. Not a big deal but it's something I notice.

Hypertech also has a Speedometer Calibrator for that to i believe...from tire sizes ranging from 22.5" -44"...part number is 752501.....works very well.
