I see it's been a while since this thread was active, however, I'll try it and see if anyone can help. I just got a set of new LED tail lights for my 2012 Ram. Recon just put them out and I double checked to make sure they were the correct ones for my model year. The plugs are completely different. The plug from tail light is flat and has 4 wires going in, and the plug from the truck takes a 3 pin style connector. Does anyone make an adapter for this by any chance? I'll post a photo of the plugs so you know what I'm talking about.

Disregard, it has been brought to my attention that the plug from the new tail lights plugs into the light bulb socket not the wiring harness plug. I can't believe I didn't see that. Unreal.
