So with my current set-up I have the Hella lights and I was thinking of switching to two LED dual beam light bars. I'm just unsure of what size bars to get. I was looking at 12" ones but I don't know if those would be to big.
Any pictures or input would be great.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I already have 12 wire with an inline fuse and switch. Would I still be able to use it?

Your wiring would be fine. I used 10" on the Gen 4 and they fit perfectly without wasting light behind the cross. I don't know what the gen 3 dimensions are, though I imagine they aren't much different.

Thanks! What brand did you use for your light bar?

2 6 inch ambers behind the grille
42 inch radius bar in the bumper
and a rear facing 6 inch amber mounted on my bed

I use the ambers for dust lights when we do trail runs or if I'm cruising powerline roads

Amazon they are all the same from china just look up cree led light bar either 4d or 5d and just look for something with a warranty and good reviews and that ships from the US, or skip the middle man and order off alexipress but it will take a week or two to ship from china.
40" radius bar fits the bumper pretty decent the radius matches exactly. Radius also gives a wider spread light pattern over a straight bar.

I honestly cant tell the difference between output of the rigid dually d2 spots on my race bike that I paid $280 vs the 6" lights on my truck that cost me like $40 each. But the bike I cant afford for a light to fail in the desert at night not that china lights will fail but I don't want to take that chance.

Make your own brackets to fit 40" bar in bumper? Any pics?

I don't have any pics, I'll try and get some this week. But I didn't use any special brackets I was able to use the standard universal mounting brackets that came with the light bar and just drilled into the bumper bracket. If you pull the plastic out of the bumper you'll see where I'm talking about.

Took me probably 10 minutes its surprising how perfect it fit the radius matches the radius on the bumper perfect and it fills up the entire vent on the bumper
