You could always plasti-dip them and see how you like black. If you don't like it peel it off and go buy some SRT10 rims. Personally I only like those rims when they are black. And since the rest of your truck is already black, why not the rims too?

By the look, if they are the chrome plastic covers on steel that plasticote stuff might stick real well vs aluminum! I voted that but just as a cheaper option vs buying SRT-Rim but IMO SRT is for just That SRT but it would look OK and I only said that cause I'm Old school principals, kinda like sticking a Cobra Badge on a Mustang thats not one, But am OK with some Clonage, just depends what you are compfy with.

Your Truck looks real good all Black, Personnally I am starting to un chrome and go flat Blackish...LOL

I voted, yes. I think the SRT rims would look great on there but IMHO no one is buying those flower pedal rims. You would have a hellova time trying to get someone to take them off your hands. Again, IMO if you want the SRT rims, just save up to buy 'em because not a lot of people are looking for those rims you have.

I say go for it. After turning it around in my head you're truck would look better with all black. I personally like my rims to either pop or compliment the color of the truck. But with as many third gens I'm seeing all blacked out yours would look pretty good.

I like it Black!!!

I say SRTs all the way powdercoated black. You appear to have street sceen mirrors already on it so your going for a sport style look. The OEM rims are kinda hard to come by but there are a few companys making fake SRT rims that are bout a dead match.

I have 2 buyers for these rims/tires for $1100 so selling them aint that bad

22" SRT10 Dodge Ram Dakota Durango Wheel Rim Black: eBay Motors (item 270511432707 end time Sep-03-10 10:06:49 PDT)

Id Just have to make up around a $400-$500 Difference if i sell the rims

Im really liking the Gloss black or the comp grey.

Thanks guys!!

I got the Idea from this guy on Yoiutube
